
Our customers are very, very important to us. Because we care about each and every customer, we strive to maintain truly Safe and Healthy cleaning standards. We go further than any of our competition. For every new client, we organize a carrier bag labelled with the customer's name, and which contains new sponges and new brushes, to be be used in that customer's home alone. We will never use the same sponge to clean someone else's home.
We also bring all the equipment and cleaning supplies needed to clean you home, at no extra charge. We use products and equipment which we have tested and believe to be the best in the industry. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any liability that results.
We bring an ORECK canister and upright vacuum, some equipped with a HEPA filter cloth bag. This vacuum removes 99.7% of all particles down to 0.3 microns in size from your home. It is wonderful for removing unwanted pet hair, and can be used on all floor surfaces, including oriental carpets and hardwood floors, reaching under surfaces and furniture.
* Pets: For safety of your animals and our employees, pets should be secured in an area where your team doesn't clean. OSHA regulations mandate that your team is unable to clean up feces, urine, cat litter or boxes and vomit.
* Bleach: We will not bring bleach into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by your bleach.
