
1) What's the difference between your Basic, Detailed and Seasonal cleaning packages?
Our BASIC cleaning package is less in depth and is ONLY available if the house is pretty close to "maintenance conditions". It is presumed there is no heavy built-up to tackle. When we say "heavy built-up" we mean a high level of soap scum, hard water deposits, dust and grime. We would not have the time in the basic cleaning to clean the fans, trim, molding, light switches, doors, walls, vacuum blinds and carpet edges or hand wipe all the pictures on the walls. To take care of those special tasks our customers recur to our DETAILED cleaning package.
For a more in depth cleaning such as window washing, wall cleaning, refrigerator and oven cleaning, interior of kitchen cabinets and drawers we recommend our SEASONAL SPRING and FALL cleaning tasks.
2) How many maids will be sent to my home?
Our company specializes in team cleaning. We usually send 2 to 3-person teams.
3) Is your staff insured and professional?
Yes, all our teams are covered by Workers' Compensation insurance as well as Commercial Liability Insurance. Our maids are professional and will not eat, smoke or talk on the phone for long hours like some "independents" do while they are cleaning your home. That's the main reason why we send one supervisor per team.
4) What can I do in order to get ready for your cleaning service?
Please don't clean before we get there, but do "pick up" as much as possible so we can focus on the quality and details of the job.
5) What time are the ladies expected to arrive?
Grakei Home Services can't guarantee the time of arrival, but since we follow a hourly schedule most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8:00 am to 10:00 a.m / 10:15 am to 12:15 pm / 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm. If for any reason you prefer an exact time of arrival, please let us know and we will establish a routine that work best for you.
6) Do I need to be home when you clean?
The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is home. Since this not always is possible, please eliminate as many distractions as possible so our team can work uninterrupted.
7) Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipments?
Yes, we do. We offer three lines of products: Professional, Green and Aromatherapeutic. Because each of these product lines has different strengths and cleaning results you will be recommended the ones that better meet your needs during your in-home estimate.
8) What's your policy about missed areas?
Our maids are very consistent and work very hard to provide quality results. However, miscommunication about the tasks we offer and don't offer may occur and some areas will be skipped. Please make sure to select the correct cleaning package before your sign up for the service, the ladies will follow the work instructions written in your cleaning package sheet. If you believe the ladies made a mistake please contact the office within 24 hours to honor our guarantee.
9) What happens if my scheduled cleaning day falls on a Holiday?
We will call you 72 hours before the Holiday. You will then have the chance to reschedule or skip your service.
